This is a selection of the dive sites that we visit here at Paradise Divers. We have over 20 different sites with dive routes to suit all levels and experiences. Dive trips are organised according to daily sea and weather conditions and the experience level of our divers.
Paraiso Floral - For All Levels
5 minutes from Center
Entry from beach into confined bay area, this site has 3-4 dive route options. Dive begins in 5m and max depth can reach 12m-18m-22m depending on diver level. Ideal for training dives, review dives and advanced level divers. Fish life abundant. Good photography options.
El Puertito - For All Levels
5 minutes from Center
Entry from sandy beach into a small bay, this site has 3-4 dive route options. Dive begins in 3m with max depth approx 15m.Ideal for Discover Scuba Divers and those looking for possible turtle action. Patch of sea grass in bay, wall to follow and overhangs to investigate. Good photography options.
Mar Azul - For Scuba Diver +
5 minutes from Center
Giant stride entry into 7m, this site has many dive route options. Dive begins in 7m and max depth can reach 12m-18m-30m-40m depending on level and route. Ideal for training dives and for deep dives. Arches and a shallow blowhole with entry at 6m also add to this volcanic dive experience. Torch can be useful.
San Juan - For Open Water +
10 minutes from Center
Rocky entry from small beach, this dive follows the harbor wall. Dive begins in 5m and max depth can reach 18m-25m depending on dive time. Ideal as advanced level dive. Natural rock formations, eel garden, possibilities of rays make this dive. Good photography options.
Alcala - For All levels
15 minutes from Center
Giant stride or entry down steps, this site has 2-3 dive route options. Dive begins in 3m with max depth 16m depending on route. Ideal for Discover Scuba Diving, training and for qualified divers looking for an easy, leisurely dive. Fish life abundant.
Fonsalia - For Open Water +
10 minutes from Center
Entry from rocky beach, this site has 2-3 dive route options. Dive begins in 5m with max depth 18m-20m. A maze of volcanic rock formations spits and lava flows to follow. A small swim through and plenty of flora and fauna to investigate. Good photography options.
Callao - For Scuba Diver +
2 minutes from Center
Entry from beach, this site has 2-3 dive route options. Dive begins in 5m with max depth 18m-25m depending on route. Ideal for Open Water training or for qualified divers. A torch can be useful.
Montana Amarilla - For Scuba Diver +
20 minutes from Center
Entry via ladder or giant stride entry, this site has 3-4 dive route options. Dive begins in 6m with max depth 12m-18m. Ideal for training dives and for qualified divers. Swim through and pinnacle rock formations make this dive. Fish life abundant.
Black Cove - For Scuba Diver +
25 minutes from Center
Entry from rocky beach into small bay, this site has 2-3 dive route options. Dive begins in 5m with max depth 12m-20m.
Las Eras - For All Levels
25 minutes from Center
Entry from beach, this site has 2-3 dive route options. Dive begins in 3m with max depth 12m-18m-30m depending on route. Volcanic rock reefs to explore. Fish life abundant. Good photography options.
Poris - For Openwater +
30 minutes from Center
Entry via steps, ladder or giant stride, this dive follows the harbor wall initially then volcanic rock wall dropping to 28m. Current can play a part in this dive. Torch may be useful.
Punta Prieta - For Advanced Level +
40 minutes from Center
Entry from beach, this site has 2-3 deep dive route options. Dive begins in 5m with max depth 40m. Suitable for Advanced level or deep specialty dives this site also offers a small cavern to explore. Good photography options. Torch may be useful.
El Raton For Advanced Level +
50 minutes from Center
Entry via a ladder or giant stride, this is a wreck dive. Dive begins in 10m with max depth 30m-40m. Ideal for Adventure dives or for Advanced divers. A decommissioned tug boat with penetration through the engine room and bridge or just hang out with the fish on the mast at 18m. Good photography options, torch recommended.
Radazul For Advanced Level +
55 minutes from Center
Entry via ladder or giant stride, this site as 2-3 dive route options. Dive begins in 10m with max depth 30m-40m. A deep dive ideal for adventure dives or advanced divers. The dive stays close to the harbor wall with a steep drop off. Abundant fish life.
