PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water course consists of 5 dives during which you will improve your dive skills beyond that of Open Water level. As part of your course you will complete 2 compulsory adventure dives: Deep and Navigation. You can then choose the remaining 3 dives from our list of adventure dives.

During your course you will spend valuable time with one of our experienced instructors building upon the foundations set out on your Open Water course, which will help you to further enjoy your underwater adventure! 

If you are at least 12 years old and a PADI Open Water you can enrol in the PADI Advanced Open Water course.

What will you learn:

• Knowledge Development (online) to understand each of the five modules
• Learn the deep effects and challenges and improve your compass skills
• Complete three other adventure dives which can be discussed with your instructor to help you choose them

How many dives will you do:

You will complete five open water dives from our boat or shore.

What equipment will you use:

Apart from the basic scuba diving equipment you will use a dive computer, compass and the advanced slate. You will also use specialised equipment depending on the adventure dives you select to complete.
