Wet clothes are not permitted in our vehicles. Please bring a change of dry clothes, swimwear, a towel and snacks if you wish. Drinking water will be provided.

Our dive centre is in Hotel Tropical Park located in Callao Salvaje, Costa Adeje. There is free car parking around the hotel. Also, we offer free transfers upon request.

If you have booked an activity with us, please note your confirmation email will ask you to arrive at 08:30 instead of our opening time of 09:00. 

We aim to always have a staff member in the dive centre, however this is not always possible as the whole dive team may be needed. We love “drop in’s” but advise you to call ahead and make sure a staff member is available to welcome you.

As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre we always follow PADI procedures. Not only this but we pride ourselves on safety and are continuously told by our customers that it shows (check out our TripAdvisor for customer reviews). Additionally, we are one of the few dive centres authorised as a training facility by the government of the Canary Islands.

For every dive there is a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and Emergency Oxygen Kit. In addition, all staff are EFR trained and Oxygen Administrators. Before entering the water, we will present thorough dive/snorkel and boat briefings and make sure you are comfortable with our procedures. One of our staff members will enter the water first to check if conditions are safe to dive/snorkel and we will change the site if the conditions are not good enough.

You will need to wait 12 hours after one dive or 18 hours after two dives or multiple days to go above 300 meters/1,000 feet. The recommended time to wait is 24 hours.

Spanish Law requires all divers to have dive insurance at the time of diving. This is included on most travel insurances so please check your policy. If you do not have your own insurance, we can provide it through DAN (Diver Alert Network) at competitive prices.

Insurance is included for the Discover Scuba Diving, Scuba Diver Course or Open Water Course.

We are a very busy dive centre and become fully booked quickly. To avoid disappointment, we advise you to book in advance. You can do this via our online booking form. We require a €20pp deposit for Discover Scuba Experience and guided dives and €100pp deposit for courses. For snorkelling the deposit is €10pp.

If the cancellation notice is received with more than 48 hours before the start date, you will receive a full refund.

We are one of the few dive centres that can provide you with Nitrox. Please request when booking and bring proof of certification to the dive centre. We can also run Enriched Air Diver Specialty course.

Yes! Our photo packages are €20 and you will receive over 50 photos within 5 days online via Dropbox.

Depending on availability you are welcome to bring friends or family members on the boat for €10 each. Unfortunately, we cannot take children younger than 8 years old on the boat.
