Less nitrogen exposure

One of the best things about using enriched air to dive is that you expose your body to less nitrogen. Through increasing the amount of oxygen you breath during the dive, you decrease the amount of nitrogen your body is exposed to. Reducing the exposure of nitrogen to the body increases your personal safety margin as well as leading you to feel less fatigued after the dive.

Increase your bottom time

Additionally, the less nitrogen your body is exposed to increases the no stop time during your dives. In other words, you can stay down for longer and spend less time on your surface interval. This is especially important when completing repetitive dives. It’s important to know that diving with enriched air does not change your breathing rate.

Become more confident with a dive computer

During the course you will learn how to plan an enriched air dive through dive tables and your dive computer. Using your dive computer to dive safely is a very important part of diving. If you are not confident with a dive computer, or unsure how to read the no stop time then this course will help you with both.
