1. Cancellations and Deposits
Deposits are refundable when cancellation is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled date of the first dive. For courses that require theory books, materials or online access, any costs already incurred for these materials are non-refundable.
2. Scheduled Dive Times
All customers are expected to arrive at the agreed meeting point at the scheduled time. Paradise Divers may be unable to wait for customers who arrive late and may depart without them. If you arrive after the scheduled departure time and the dive cannot take place as a result, the cancellation conditions above will apply and the dive or course session may be charged.
3. Diving Equipment
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of any diving equipment provided by Paradise Divers. If equipment is lost or damaged as a result of the customer's actions or negligence, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement at Paradise Divers' cost price.
4. Personal Information and Diving Declaration
By submitting this registration form, you confirm that all information provided is complete and accurate. You agree to inform Paradise Divers of any relevant change to your health, diving experience, certification, insurance or personal circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely in diving activities.
5. Agreement
By submitting this form and signing below, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, that the information provided is correct, and that you agree to comply with them.
