Become a Drift Diver in Tenerife. The PADI Drift Diver Specialty course teaches you how to enjoy drift diving while using our oceans currents to help you glide through canyons and walls full of life! It feels like flying and you don’t have to do a lot of finning as the currents take care of that. If this sounds like fun then this is the course for you.

If you are at least 12 years old and a PADI Open Water Diver or higher you can enrol in the Drift Diver Specialty course. 

What will you learn:

• Using drift diving equipment, floats, lines and reels
• Overview of aquatic currents
• Practice buoyancy control, navigation and underwater communications

After this course you will be able to safely dive using currents and specific equipment depending on environments. The Drift Diver Specialty course is completed from our boat which will give you access to the best drift diving Tenerife has to offer.

How many dives will you do:

You will complete two scuba dives from our boat.

What equipment will you use:

Apart from using basic scuba equipment, you will use various types of surface marker buoys, floats and reels.
